Your Mission
- Tackle advanced diagnostics and execute complex repairs across engines, transmissions, electrical, brake, steering, and HVAC systems on diverse makes and models.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software—such as Alldata and Mitchell OnDemand—to isolate issues efficiently and accurately.
- Partner with service advisors to communicate findings, outline additional work, and suggest preventive maintenance to customers.
- Mentor junior technicians, model best practices, and enforce high standards for safety and quality.
- Verify repairs with thorough test drives and post-repair inspections.
- Capture complete and accurate service records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace aligned with safety regulations.
What It Takes
- Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle repair shop.
- Ownership of a comprehensive, professional-grade tool set.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Advanced proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and the ability to interpret technical manuals.
- Preferred: Current ASE Master Technician Certification.
- Top-tier troubleshooting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
