e are looking for a Senior Leasing Director for its shopping center properties in the Western United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leasing activities, such as marketing to prospective tenants, touring the spaces with tenants, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating with the construction and project management teams on underwriting and tenant improvement construction and collaborating with property management teams. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, setting target rents and leasing metrics, and ensuring proper administration of lease documents. The Senior Leasing Representative will play a key role in ensuring maximum occupancy and long-term value for the company's real estate portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

Experience in leasing, lease administration, and the ability to negotiate lease terms and conditions effectively

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive tenant relationships

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the real estate industry and familiarity with lease agreements and property management tools

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred

2-5 years prior experience in leasing or real estate is highly desirable
