Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Provo, UT

As a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be responsible for:
• Implementing client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
• Using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors
• Collecting and recording data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care
• Providing services in home, school, and community settings as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• To be 18 years or older
• A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
