We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and shipping orders while safely operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
Load, unload, stage, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
Prepare shipments for outbound carriers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming products as needed
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
Previous warehouse and fulfillment experience preferred
Experience operating a reach truck required
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and scanning device experience preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse setting
Standing, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout shifts
May work in varying warehouse temperatures
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time / Part-time available
