What You’ll Do:

· Full P&L responsibility, including sales forecasting, food inventory, labor cost, and food cost management

· Lead, coach, and train a high-performance team of restaurant associates

· Build and maintain a culture focused on exceptional guest service

· Execute LSM initiatives and engage with the community

· Set high food service standards and hold your team accountable for results

· Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols are followed

What You Bring:

· 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced environment

· Proven skills in team development, training, and leadership

· Strong background in financial and P&L management

· A passion for building culture and delivering unforgettable guest service

· Creativity and drive to implement local marketing strategies

· A hands-on, lead-by-example management style

· Desire to work with top performers and continue developing professionally

· $55,000–$60,000 base salary to start
