Job Description

Build Your BIM Career at Lynk Engineers

Lynk Engineers is growing and looking for people who are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to do meaningful work as part of a team that genuinely cares about the outcome. If you’re eager to learn and want to be part of a high-performing, collaborative group, this is a strong place to start.

This role offers the opportunity to build a solid technical foundation while contributing to real projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals, gaining hands-on experience and a clear understanding of how building systems come together from early design through construction.

Depending on your background, you may be considered for roles such as Mechanical BIM Modeler, Electrical BIM Modeler, Lighting, or Low-Voltage BIM.

We are currently hiring BIM Modelers across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain Revit MEP models used for construction documents
  • Support modeling of mechanical, electrical, or low-voltage building systems based on your experience
  • Work closely with engineers and project managers on active projects
  • Coordinate across disciplines and help resolve design conflicts
  • Identify clashes and contribute to practical, buildable solutions
  • Gain exposure to building codes and how they’re applied in real projects
  • Use Bluebeam to review, mark up, and support project documentation
  • Support project deadlines and overall team execution

What You Bring

  • Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD (any combination is a plus)
  • Interest or exposure to mechanical (HVAC/plumbing), electrical, or low-voltage systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly
  • Strong spatial awareness and a practical understanding of how building systems come together
  • Ability to think through the why behind design decisions (layout, access, system placement)

Why Lynk Engineers

You’ll be part of the team from day one—contributing to real projects while continuing to build your skills. We take pride in our work, hold a high standard for quality, and value accountability across the team.

We’re also a young, energized group that’s intentional about building a strong, positive culture. From team initiatives to day-to-day collaboration, we create an environment that’s engaging, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and additional benefits that support both your professional growth and personal well-being.
