Production Inspector/Packer | Salt Lake City, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inspector Packers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help ensure our products meet quality standards by inspecting, packing, and preparing parts for shipment in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

Inspect products and package parts according to quality and production standards.
Count, label, seal, and prepare finished products for shipment or staging.
Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment as needed.
Complete basic production, inventory, and quality documentation.
Follow daily production goals and ensure assigned lines meet performance expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all PPE requirements.
Assist with basic equipment operation and troubleshooting as trained.
Follow all company safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and components.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Basic math, counting, and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels.

Pay

$16.50 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Rotating Schedule | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
