Job Requirements\n

- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
- Experience with da Vinci robotics required
- Orthopedic surgery experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced perioperative and surgical nursing environment
- Vascular surgery experience preferred

Responsibilities\n

- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Support a broad range of surgical procedures, including cases outside LVADs, transplants, and pediatric patients under 14 years of age
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to promote safe, efficient case flow
- Maintain readiness for complex robotic surgery and orthopedic cases
- Document patient care and workflow accurately in the EMR/EHR, including EPIC
- Participate in a rotating call schedule as needed, with 3 to 6 call shifts per month
