We value collaboration, innovation, empathy, and creating a workplace where both clients and employees can thrive.What You'll Do as a TherapistProvide individual, family, and potentially group therapy to children, youth, adults, and families.Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Experience working with young children is preferredUse evidence-based, research-supported therapeutic approaches to help clients meet their goals.Support clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges.Collaborate with other clinicians and behavioral health professionals to coordinate client care.Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records.Build trusting relationships with clients and families while maintaining professional and ethical standards.Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to strengthen clinical skills.QualificationsMaster's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.Apply TodayReady to make a real impact?
