Position Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Aviation ABA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while helping shape and grow our services in Salt Lake County.
This Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position that requires some in-clinic hours, with flexibility for remote work.
Afternoon availability is strongly preferred.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress reports

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Maintain a manageable caseload with a focus on quality care

Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and BTs
-
Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance
-
Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data analysis
-
Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and ethical standards

Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and quality checks

Support clinic operations including scheduling and team coordination
-
Collaborate with leadership on clinical systems and program development
Qualifications for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility)

Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Preferred: Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain)

Flexibility: Open to occasional in-home support as needed
-
Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel
