Mustang Ranch is currently looking for a talented Mechanic and an Autobody Repair Technician that aligns with our core values of just doing a quality job and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

We are looking for a highly capable, dexterous Mechanic and an Autobody Repair Technician to join our expanding team. The Autobody Repair Technician's responsibilities include performing restorations and modifications, and observing safety regulations. You should provide a pleasant, efficient service to customers throughout this process.

To ensure success as a Technician, you should be able to operate all pertinent equipment with ease. An outstanding Technician will recommend additional services that may be valuable to customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Performing diagnostic assessments to ensure that all issues have been detected, and that the customer is willing to have these remedied.

Wearing safety gear and conducting work in a safe manner.

Performing cost estimations and clearing these with customers before proceeding with work.

Restoring vehicles to their original condition, or better, by repairing, replacing, and upgrading features of their exterior/interior.

Customizing vehicles according to customers' preferences, as requested.

Ensuring that each vehicle is roadworthy upon completion of the job.

Checking to see that issues have been resolved to customers' satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

Proven experience as a Mechanic and or an Autobody Repair Technician.

Formal training as a Mechanic or an Autobody Repair Technician will be advantageous.

Thorough knowledge of relevant safety guidelines.

Basic arithmetic skills.

Welding skills

Autobody Repair skills

Great diagnostic skills

Exceptional manual dexterity.

Observant and meticulous.

Your own tools.(Arrangements can be made so you can get them if needed)
