Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, committed to protecting people and property. We are currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce entry level employees into the fire protection industry.
- Demonstrate safe, efficient, quality, and code compliant installations to new employees.
- Provide training opportunities for new employees. (Wheels of Learning / State
- certification)
- Evaluate progress of new employees.
- Innovating and result driven mentality.
Requirements
- Work experience, training or education in the installation of fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
- May work in a variety of business and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.
- Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
